Week by week, we'll work together:
- Simple homework: Each week you'll get a simple homework assignment to help you in between sessions.
- Week 1: We'll gently let go of messaging and beliefs around "we can only be happy if and when ..."
- Week 2: We'll focus on letting go of grief and pain that has bogged us down.
- Week 3: Focus specifically on clearing second chakra to open up the energy around allowing play and fun.
- Week 4: We'll install positive emotions and beliefs to help support our new, lighter energy!
