This online group video session (available immediately) will focus on helping you release the stress that comes with uncertainty.
Learn how to feel good, even in times of uncertainty.
There is no way to control everything in life. So the best we can do is try not to freak out when life feels out of control. But because of our programming, this can be so hard. That's the focus of this session - learning how to feel GOOD no matter what is happening around us. It really can change everything.
Release stuck emotions, beliefs, and energy from your body.
We feel bad because unresolved emotions, beliefs, and experiences we hold in our bodies are triggering danger signals in our system. But by releasing some of that energy and overwhelm, we can get to a place of more ease and calm. In this session, we'll clear them OUT so we can relax and feel good no matter what.
Q&A + mini energy readings
Along with a Q&A, I do several mini energy reading sessions with the live audience. I'll tune into an individual's energy and intuitively identify what's keeping them stuck AND what they can do to feel better.
